If not differently marked at checkout, all international orders, are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all customs duties, taxes, and fees are calculated and included at checkout, ensuring a smooth delivery experience. No additional charges are to be expected upon delivery unless explicitly mentioned on the checkout page. Please note that while we strive for timely delivery, customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our original estimates. These delays are outside of our control.
7. Shipping Insurance
For your peace of mind, all shipments are fully insured from dispatch until delivery. In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the claims process.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Style of Zug is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
